Hamas’s Gaza government published a report Sunday detailing communications it has had with the American government, in an effort to establish a channel of communication with it on diplomatic matters. The report by the “general secretariat of the Hamas government” enumerated the government’s accomplishments in the first six months of 2010.
The letters to the United States were transferred to the Administration by members of an American delegation of politicians and lecturers that visited Gaza.
