A Cook County judge today said there was no evidence a man violated a court order that prohibited him from taking his Jewish daughter to a Catholic service, the man’s lawyer said today.
In May, Joseph Reyes was charged criminal contempt, accused of violating an injunction barring him from taking his young daughter to “non-Jewish” religious activities.
