Directions for one serving: Add 1 tablespoon of soup mix to 1 cup of water, bring to boil while stirring. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Direction for use: Mix contents of 1 bag with 3/4 cup cold water (150ml). Leave the mixture to set for 8 minutes. Add 1/4 cup cold water, mix and leave for 2 more minutes. Moisten hands in water and lightly form balls (or use a special instrument). Fry in hot deep oil until golden brown. Drain in a colander or on paper towel and serve warm.

Mishloach Manos
On Purim we have four Rabbinic obligations: reading Megillas Esther, eating the festive Seudas Purim, mishloach manos and matanos laevyonim (gifts to the poor).
Therefore, Megilah states that one of the obligations of Purim is to send portions (mishloach Manos) to a friend.

Reasons for the mitzvah;
1) Haman told Achashveirosh that the Jews are a ’scattered and split nation’. Sending portions to each other, proves the opposite.
2) To provide the unfortunate people who don?t have their own food for the Purim Seuda.
3) Sending portions to each other creates a mutual simcha.
