Parole denied for Montreal firebomber Of Skver School

Omar Bulphred, the man convicted of firebombing a Jewish school and community centre has been denied parole a second time as he continues to serve a 7-year prison term. The 25-year-old learned of the decision, by the National Parole Board, Monday morning after a 2-hour hearing at the Leclerc Institution in Laval, where he is currently serving his sentence.
