The Knesset Christian Allies Caucus will hold its sixth annual “Night to Honor Our Christian Allies” on Tuesday, in conjunction with the World Jewish Congress (WJC).
Knesset members from across the political spectrum and government leaders will join both Jews and Christians at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem for a reception in honor of Christians who have been steadfast in their commitment to Israel.
This year, organizers have chosen to award Bishop Daniel Williams, founding bishop-primate of the Christian Communion International and former chairman of Teen Mania, in recognition of his activities on behalf of Israel.
The caucus, together with the Ministry for Tourism, will also honor Juergen Buehler, executive director of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, for his contribution to Israeli tourism.
